Since the start in 2004 La Danoiserie has been driven by the vision of providing “Ultimate taste - Absolute convenience” to professional users of bakery products.

Like most consumers we also feel that variation is the “spice of life” and over the years we have built the reputation of being one of the most innovative companies in our industry. Our Innovation Team is constantly working on new recipes and concepts allowing our customers to excite their customers with the ultimate taste.

Ultimate Taste - Absolute Convenience

Our concept is very simple.
We take premium frozen bakery products and wrap, easy to handle.
Depending on the product the handling is either tray and bake straight from frozen (no thawing, no proofing, no filling) or thaw and serve. Small pack sizes and a choice of assorted boxes allow easy storage.

Innovation

We strongly believe that innovation is a key driver for our customers business. New recipes, flavors and shapes inspires consumers and stimulates sales.
We therefore have a dedicated Innovation Team who based on market research and customer feed-back develop exciting recipes and concepts all in line with our vision of “Ultimate taste - Absolute convenience”.
The most recent example of this work is our new concept of pre-sliced sandwich breads.

Food Safety

All our breads and pastries are produced in BRC certified state of the art production facilities. This standard which goes beyond basic HACCP accreditation was originally developed in response to the needs of UK members of the British Retail Consortium. The standards are today recognized world wide as being the reference for safe food processing.

Best Ingredients

We insist on only the highest quality ingredients. Our croissants are made with pure butter, our danishes with transfat free vegetable margarine and our Danish pastry fruit fillings are made with real fruit - No added color, No added aroma, No modified starch. Our products do not contain any genetically modified ingredients.

With an overall service rate in 2010 of above 99% we can pride ourselves of having one of the highest supply rates in the industry.
